At first I don't like to be one of the froshies

At first I don't like to be in the academe

At first I don't like to socialize

At first I don't want to be a Talisalites

Time passes by...

I've realized that all those firsts are wrong

I've realized that I have to grow

I've realized that I must be proud of my school

My old classmates and friends studied at big schools

UP, DLSU, UE, FEU, UST and the like

I was jealous, frustrated and sad

I was just studying at a simple school

Talisay City College is the name

A home of disciplined and competitive students

A home of the best students

A home of the invincibles

They may be at the big schools

I may be at this simple school

But I know that we are all equal

We all get a quality education

School doesn't matter

As long as we learned a lot

As long as we know that we are being educated properly

We must be proud of our school we are into
