On-the-Job-Training 1st day :DD

Oh yeah. I didn't expect things there. It's just that I feel uncomfortable because the Housekeeping Dept. Employees and OJT's from other schools knows me. I just find it hard to adjust because maybe they have a lot of expectations from me. Well, we arrived at the hotel around 11AM and we immediately report to Housekeeping Dept. where we are being assigned. There, we have our orientation with our supervisor about the rules of the hotel especially bringing of cellphones. After the orientation we go to the ground floor to surrender our cellphones in the F.O. and we put our bags in the luggage room. After, we go to our R.A's to start our work. I go to 6th floor because I'm assigned there. My R.A. teach me how to set-up the bed in hotel way and she told me to sweep the floor also. Aftee cleaning the room she told us to have our snacks, but unfortunately there's no snacks already because it's limited. So, my co-trainee from CTU told me to go with her and she show me some parts of the hotel and she also introduce me to her co-trainees from CTU. After that, we go back to the 6th floor. Then, I go to the 7th floor to help my co-trainees from TCC since I don't have anything to do in our floor. We do dusting and polishing in each rooms. AFter helping them I go back to my station and wait some guests to arrive. After an hour I go back to the 7th floor to help them again dusting rooms. After helping I go back again to my station and there some guests arrives and asks me to open their room because they left their keycard to the F.O. and forget to take it back when they arrived at the hotel. I go to my R.A. and get the master keycard and open their room and I get the real keycard in the F.O. and go back again to the room 617 to change the keycard because the master keycard can't be there. The guest asks us to buy bottled water and the change is ours and also asks for hot water. My partner buys the bottled water and I go get hot water from the dispenser and I immediately go back and say "Room Service" the guest opened the door and thank me for bringing hot water. My partner arrived and go to the room to give the bottled water. After, I go to the 7th floor to see if they're fine. After, I go back to my station and wait there until they told us to eat our dinner already. After dinner, we go back to our stations. I was the only one there in our station and some guests arrived and asks me about wifi. I told the guest to wait for 3 mins. because I'm new in the hotel and still don't know about the wifi but the guest told mi not to go and ask my supervisor because she already called the F.O. but still, I go to my supervisor and asks him about it so that if some guests will ask me the same I can answer them properly. After that my partner and I mop the floor and polish the furnitures in the hallway and walls as well. After doing so, we go to 7th floor to put our used towels to the HK dept. I go back to our station until the time will end. They told me that we are out already and we immediately go to the F.O. to punch out and get our cellphones. That's my first day, very challenging and tiring :))
