On-the-Job-Training 1st day :DD

Oh yeah. I didn't expect things there. It's just that I feel uncomfortable because the Housekeeping Dept. Employees and OJT's from other schools knows me. I just find it hard to adjust because maybe they have a lot of expectations from me. Well, we arrived at the hotel around 11AM and we immediately report to Housekeeping Dept. where we are being assigned. There, we have our orientation with our supervisor about the rules of the hotel especially bringing of cellphones. After the orientation we go to the ground floor to surrender our cellphones in the F.O. and we put our bags in the luggage room. After, we go to our R.A's to start our work. I go to 6th floor because I'm assigned there. My R.A. teach me how to set-up the bed in hotel way and she told me to sweep the floor also. Aftee cleaning the room she told us to have our snacks, but unfortunately there's no snacks already because it's limited. So, my co-trainee from CTU told me to go with her and she show me some parts of the hotel and she also introduce me to her co-trainees from CTU. After that, we go back to the 6th floor. Then, I go to the 7th floor to help my co-trainees from TCC since I don't have anything to do in our floor. We do dusting and polishing in each rooms. AFter helping them I go back to my station and wait some guests to arrive. After an hour I go back to the 7th floor to help them again dusting rooms. After helping I go back again to my station and there some guests arrives and asks me to open their room because they left their keycard to the F.O. and forget to take it back when they arrived at the hotel. I go to my R.A. and get the master keycard and open their room and I get the real keycard in the F.O. and go back again to the room 617 to change the keycard because the master keycard can't be there. The guest asks us to buy bottled water and the change is ours and also asks for hot water. My partner buys the bottled water and I go get hot water from the dispenser and I immediately go back and say "Room Service" the guest opened the door and thank me for bringing hot water. My partner arrived and go to the room to give the bottled water. After, I go to the 7th floor to see if they're fine. After, I go back to my station and wait there until they told us to eat our dinner already. After dinner, we go back to our stations. I was the only one there in our station and some guests arrived and asks me about wifi. I told the guest to wait for 3 mins. because I'm new in the hotel and still don't know about the wifi but the guest told mi not to go and ask my supervisor because she already called the F.O. but still, I go to my supervisor and asks him about it so that if some guests will ask me the same I can answer them properly. After that my partner and I mop the floor and polish the furnitures in the hallway and walls as well. After doing so, we go to 7th floor to put our used towels to the HK dept. I go back to our station until the time will end. They told me that we are out already and we immediately go to the F.O. to punch out and get our cellphones. That's my first day, very challenging and tiring :))

DON'T GIVE UP AT LEAST YOU'VE TRIED :DD

‎~ Sometimes, fate has a cruel way of putting things together. Maybe it's better if people just give up when there's no point in fighting for something anymore. When the ship has finally sailed, only a fool would go after when it's already miles away. But sometimes, it's a lot better to be a fool to go after what we want and need, rather than to regret everything in the end because we never even tried. ~

Got inspired with this quotation. I observed that my life these days are different from my life before. It's not that happy and full of surprises like before. I feel very alone right now with no one to lean on. I dunno where to go and what to do. All I know is that I'm still fighting in order to live my life to the fullest. Isn't it great? I am fighting because of my goals in life. I really do hope that I will not get tired of fighting until such time that I will become satisfied in accomplishing my goals in life. I will never ever blame myself of whatever the result maybe but at least I tried right? hakhak >.< enough for this night. I do have class tomorrow.

Because of that adrenaline rush, your digestive system's blood supply goes straight to your muscles and causes an uneasy flutter in your tummy. That same hormone causes your appetite to change drastically.

Do I really love him?

I was very wondering last night what I really feel. Hmmm, It seems I have this feeling of infatuation (maybe) on him. I want to type here all the things that we have done yesterday :DD

I make so many comments to his facebook :DD It's just I love to do so. haha >.<>.<>.< [I forgot what happens next.]

Let's have a shortcut, we walk and talk together until we seated there in the playground. He told me what he feels and I was very shocked. But I really expect that feeling already. He told me that "Panakip butas" ko daw siya if wala si Alvin. :[[ I cried out loud inside. hahai. I told him all the things about what's happening to me and my tears started to fall down. I don't want to cry about such damn thing but it's just I can't hide what I feel. He maybe feels very sorry about what he have said but I understand him naman. I know after doing those things there will be a lot of rumors na sa school.

After our very serious talk we both walk going to the complex to see if my classmates are there already. But, he didn't find one of them except April B. We walk again and talk until we find ourselves there sa may school. hai :]] All night we roam around at Poblacion I dunno how many times haha >.<>

After that we go back to the school but still my classmates are not yet there. The concert is about to end and he told me to go home na kaya ayon nagwalk kami tapos nagwait kami ng jeep. I thought that it's a joke na ihahatid niya ako sa Bulacao but it's not. He really sent me there and in the jeep. We hold hands and I tickled him and asked him of what he really feels about me and he told me "a friend".

Therefore, Kua Carlito and I are only friends. hakhak >.<

Right now I'm thinking and searching some answers of what I really feel is it "infatuation" or "love". I'm also thinking if I'm going to delete him sa FB ko like what I've done to him before :DD

That's all for this morning. I have to prepare for school pa. OMG tomorrow is MIDTERM EXAM DAY. I haven't even started studying at one subject. weeeh! HELP MEEE :DD

WATERFRONT HOTEL (ICCON)

I really enjoyed the congress. Even if it's only a whole day activity we have a very great experience that surely we will never forget.

It's very good to see the FLAIRTENDING. hehe :DD super ignorant ko kanina as in. I know that later on we will be able to know how to do such things because sir will surely teach us how to do so. Waterfront Hotel is a nice hotel. We really enjoyed our whole day activity there. There are a lot of displays and some talks which really gives us information which is related to our course.

We also have a lot of photo shoots. haha. He's with me kanina. Super sweet niya but before that we have a fight. haha. Nakakaloka :DD

ICCON-- soon TALISAY CITY COLLEGE will become participants too. haha. I know that someday our school can make it too. Maybe it's not yet our time. Someday we will shine.

YOUTH NIGHT 2010 :DD

It was very great because we are able to witness all the different festivals we have here in Cebu. There are 21 participants and they were able to present well.

I'm with my cousins Carolyn and Jennalyn last night. I am very happy because the guard let us get inside the VIP or for participants area. Thank you because they are under of Mr. Richel N. Bacaltos which is my counterpart during the Know Your City Government Days.

I have a good time with my cousins even though he's not around or I'm not with my friends. haha. :DD

SPOTTED :D

I see her yesterday. I smiled at her and she also does. I'm currently moving on. If some will think that I am plastic to her. FYI I am NOT. :D

I really want to forget that damn thing that happened when ***** sleep at the hotel. I just can't really move on. Maybe because it really hurts me a lot. I know that they didn't mean to hurt me but its just I cant take away the pain that they've caused me.I know TEMPTATIONS are around them.

I see her yesterday at school. First when I go to the tent where she's sitting there to watch a Culminating Activity of English. It seems she wants to avoid me. Second when Hanilyn and I goes to the Administration Building and we see her, she wants to go back on her way to avoid us but her bf/gf maybe told her not to. I smiled at her bf/gf and I smiled to her too.

***** told me that she's scared at me. But why? If she's not guilty enough she will not be scared right? If she didn't do anything she will not hide/avoid me right?

Oh well, life is full of TEMPTATIONS. We have to be strong in order to fight back all the TEMPTATIONS around us.

I'm just saying that you have to be thankful because I trust him and I know that both of you are TEMPTED. :D

Blood Letting and Number?

I was very shocked. Somebody asked my cellphone number. I was really wondering why. Isn't it strange? But I can't tell it is, because I know the person who asked me. It's just it seems there's something behind it.

Oh well, I think I cannot sleep early tonight (as always :]).

Hmm. I was very excited to donate blood. haha :)) But the excitement becomes disappointment. Why is it that I have to weigh 50kg before I can donate blood? >.<
I was very very disappointed. huhu. I really like to have that black colored wrist band of the Philippine National Red Cross. Not only the wrist band but I really like to help those people who needs blood. Maybe next year I will be able to donate my blood.[really hoping!]

RED CROSS YOUTH- I hope that this organization will organize Talisay City College- RCY. I really miss serving the community.

I don't really know why JEALOUSY exists here on earth. Whenever I get jealous to someone or something I feel very sad and I dunno what to do next. I don't want jealousy to become one of my weaknesses. But how can I escape from this kind of feeling? They said you have to be strong and have TRUST to someone you love so that JEALOUSY will not come and ruin your relationship. Is this statement means that whenever you get jealous to someone or something you don't also have TRUST to those someone and somethings?

Oh well, I dunno what to do. Maybe I just really have to be brave and strong when I will be encountering jealousy. >.<

The Secret World of Teachers (total girl..just edit some!)

How do teachers know what to teach students?

A wise person once said that a teacher never stops learning. Just like us students, teachers have homeworks too (reading lesson plans). Inside the teachers' lounge or faculty room, at least one of our teacher is probably reading and making notes on his/her lesson plan, so that he/she will be able to explain things to us properly in class. We have to be more understanding towards our teachers because they put a lot of effort into each class, let us try to pay more attention and avoid the temptation of passing notes to our seat mates during class.

What do teachers do in the faculty room?

Nope, they're not gossiping about you (unless you're a particularly problematic student)-- but they might be discussing students' behaviors with other teachers to come up with ideas on how to be a better teacher and mentor. But teachers are people too-- they don't just talk about school. The faculty room is like their barkada clubhouse, where they can take off their "strict", "disciplinarian" or "super serious" masks and be with other people their age. Teachers need friends too right?

To all of our teachers and mentors, we would like to thank you for all the efforts that you have given to us. The love and care that you have shared to us. The learnings, not only about the subjects you handled but also on how to deal life's problem. Without all of you (teachers and mentors), we would have been lost. Thank you for guiding us, inspiring us and making us what we are today. We will always be thankful to all of you for all the hard work and efforts you have put in, for educating us. :))
